Crunchie Vada (Urad Dal)


  • 3 Cups Urad Dal without skin, washed. Black Lentils without skin.
  • Water for soaking it for 3 to 4 hours or even over night
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Oil for FryingBlend the soaked urad dal in a blender, with very little water, to a smooth thick paste, refrigerate it for 2 hours before frying, add the chopped green chillies, salt and pepper to taste. Heat the oil and fry them. 🙂
