Chilli Cheese Toast

For a nice sunday breakfast, heres presenting multigrain bread chilli cheese toast, they are yum:)

Ingredients

  • Multigrain Bread from the market
  • Grated Mozerella Cheese
  • 4 Chopped green Chillies
  • 1/2 Chopped Tomato
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Coriander is optional

Mushroom Cheesy Sandwich

Ingredients

  • One packet of Mushrooms
  • 1/2 chopped Green, Red and Yellow Capsicums
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Red chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Dhanajeera
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 100 gms grated mozerella cheese
  • Bread & Butter

    Heat Oil, Add Cumin seeds and chopped green chillies

    Once its aromatic, add all coloured capsicums

    Add Mushrooms Immediately after that and mix well, Add salt at this stage

    Cook on Low heat Flame

    Once cooked, add dhanajeera, red chilli powder and pepper

    Add Grated cheese upto 70gms

    Mix well, the stuffing is ready guys!! πŸ˜›

    Toast them in the toaster

    Apply butter on Both sides

    Tada! serve with cheesy chips, for cheesy chips add grated cheese on the chips, sprinkle red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt and pepper, Microwave it for 30seconds and they are ready!!

Vegetable Sandwich

Vegetable Delight

  • 3 medium sized potatoes chopped small cubes
  • 2 carrots chopped small cubes
  • 1 cup green peas
  • Grated ginger and chilly paste
  • Bread slices to your preferences white or brown.
  • Butter/ Healthier option would be coconut oil
  • Salt, Sugar and Garam masala to taste
  • Half lemon Juice

Put the chopped vegetables i.e. potatoes, Carrots and peas in a pressure cooker only cook it for one whistle, switch off the gas immediately after. Once the mixture cools down add the remaining indregients as follows.

Chopped Ginger Chilli Paste

Temper with oil and Jeera (Cumin Seeds)

Add ginger chilli paste and coriander to the oil

Add salt, the tempered oil mixture, sugar, Lemon juice and a pinch of garam masalo to taste, mix well

Cheese Sandwich

Cheesy DelightΒ 

  • 150gms Mozerella Happy Cow Cheese
  • 1 Medium sized of ech colour Capsicums (Red, Yellow and green)
  • Coriander
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Salt, Pepper, red chilli flakes and Roasted Jeera (Cumin) powder
  • Brown or White Bread Slices
  • Butter
Cheese Sandwich Preps

Grate the cheese and add chopped green, red and yellow pepper, chopped tomatoes, chillies, red chilli flakes

Mixture

Mix well all the ingredients and taste

Prepare the Breads

Spread butter on both sides of the Slices and spread the mixture
