Methi na Gota

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh green Fenugreek leaves cut and washed
  • 6 to 7 tabsp of gram flour
  • Salt, chopped green chillies & Black pepper to taste
  • a pinch of sodabicarb
  • Water to make the batter
  • 3 tbsp Hot oil for the batter
  • oil in a pan for deep frying them
  • Served with fried hot green chillies
