Healthy Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Green grams soaked in water the whole day
  • Salt
  • Green chillies chopped
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil

Once the grams are soaked the whole day, wrap them in a cloth draining out excess water and put it in a container. Let it stay overnight. In the morning remove the cloth and sprinkle water, by evening the sprouts will have grown J

Serve with Plain Rice and Kadhi 🙂
