- 3 medium sized potatoes chopped small cubes
- 2 carrots chopped small cubes
- 1 cup green peas
- Grated ginger and chilly paste
- Bread slices to your preferences white or brown.
- Butter/ Healthier option would be coconut oil
- Salt, Sugar and Garam masala to taste
- Half lemon Juice
Put the chopped vegetables i.e. potatoes, Carrots and peas in a pressure cooker only cook it for one whistle, switch off the gas immediately after. Once the mixture cools down add the remaining indregients as follows.
